"Farine Orpheline cherche Ailleurs Meilleur" is a multidisciplinary artists' collective based in Montreal. Its mission is to repair the torn fabric of urban life through artistic and social activism. The collective's on-site art projects have included derelict industrial facilities, vacant lots, mental hospitals, ships, museums and various urban neighbourhoods. Their approach fuses installation, performance, city explorations, video, sound, museum science, ethnology and graphic design.

Folie-Culture
The goals and focuses of Folie/Culture are geared partly to contemporary art projects, partly to the promotion of mental health - and, more specifically, towards fusions of the two. The projects we schedule in a given year are worked out on a twofold basis: encouraging new artistic perspectives, and raising awareness about mental-health issues.
